Clubhouse Redesign

Our members will enjoy a healthy lifestyle with a large fitness center and heated pools. The Clubhouse will be the focal point of our member’s social activities with dining facilities ranging from casual to elegant.

The design for the Clubhouse is reminiscent of the old established coastal clubs of the northeast mixed with architectural influences of Atlantic Beach itself. Shingle architecture is prominent in our influences and fit well with historical precedents. The design will be a significant addition to the country club roster along the east coast. A shingle Tower Entry punctuates the front facade providing a majestic & definable Icon for this new Clubhouse.

Within the interior, large windows and dormers are employed to provide natural light and a sense of openness while porches provide shade and space for outdoor gatherings. The land plan also includes a wonderful lawn for dinner, events and weddings; a great place to create memories.
