The Estates


The Estates is comprised of select custom Shingle-style homes reminiscent of the Old & New Atlantic Beach Architectural Styles. These homes derive their origins from the great New England classics but with a unique adaptation to the Florida climate. Such adaptations reflect porches, big windows, plenty of doors and windows, deep overhangs, gutters and a mix of exterior materials. The buildings seem to reflect a graceful growth that occurred over several generations.
