opened for business on a beautiful, warm Sunday afternoon. What a great time to be a member of The Selva Marina Country Club and neighborhood.
The opening of the sales office was met with much excitement and club members were eager to see the plans for the new clubhouse, golf course and tennis facilities.
With only a select number of homesites available, members were lining up to see the site of their new home and continued memories at Selva Marina!
Alan Ennis opened the ceremony, while members enjoyed fabulous hors d'ovures and refreshing drinks on the lawn. Bobby Weed & Chris Monti gave us a glimpse of what the new course will entail. Imagine a neighborhood reminiscent of Old St. Andrews where the village is as much a part of golf as its inhabitants. Where you can step out your front door and walk to the practice range or to the first tee; and to experience play on a pristine course without the backdrop of rooftops, backyards, or other man-made encumbrances.
Imagine your children playing on the village green, or at the club pool, knowing that you're a short walk or bike ride to catch up with them for lunch. Imagine enjoying a wonderful lunch on the patio after an invigorating tennis match with an old friend.
